Time to Talk Day 2024 will take place 1 February 2024 - Time to Talk Day is the nation’s biggest mental health conversation. Happening every year, it’s a day for friends, families, communities, and workplaces to come together to talk, listen and change lives. The more conversations we have, the better life is for everyone. Talking about mental health isn’t always easy and sometimes it’s even harder to say how you really feel. But a conversation has the power to change lives.

We all experience stress and it can be positive but sometimes stress can stop us doing things and feel overwhelming. We are running two more of our Stress Toolkit Workshops on Tuesday 10th October 10.00am – 1.00pm and Tuesday 21st November 1.30pm - 4.30pm.
World Suicide Prevention Day 10th September
“Creating Hope Through Action” remains the theme for the World Suicide Prevention Day 2023. This theme serves as a powerful call to action and reminder that there is an alternative to suicide and that through our actions we can encourage hope and strengthen prevention.
