Head of Operations

Maternity cover - Fixed term until 30th August 2024

28 hours per week (applications between 21 – 35 hours will also be considered)

Salary range £40,019 – £42,110 per annum (pro rata) according on experience

Mind in Brighton and Hove empowers and supports people who have experience of mental health issues in Brighton and Hove and across East and West Sussex. 

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic senior manager to support, develop and manage staff delivering and managing high quality mental health services.  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven track record of overseeing effective services that reflect innovation and best practice. You will work collaboratively with other organisations, identify opportunities for service development and support the strategic and operational development of Mind in Brighton and Hove.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills and management experience, knowledge of the voluntary sector and a commitment to Mind in Brighton and Hove’s values.
