Mind in Brighton and Hove Stress Toolkit Workshops

We all experience stress and it can be positive but sometimes stress can stop us doing things and feel overwhelming.

 We are running two more of our free Stress Toolkit Workshops on

 Tuesday 10th October 10.00am – 1.00pm and Tuesday 21st November 1.30pm - 4.30pm.

 These interactive and practical workshops will:

·      Explore how stress works and its impact on you

·      Look at what affects our capacity to manage stress

·      Explore short and long-term strategies that can help

·      Support you in starting to build your own Stress Toolkit

·      Provide a space to practice some self-help techniques

·      Provide additional materials and resources to take away

Our workshops are free and open to anyone interested in managing  their stress in their day-to-day life. It will take place at our Mind offices at 51 New England Street. Places are limited so booking is essential.
