Survey: Accessing Mental Health Support in Sussex

Please find below a link to a survey that has been developed to try to identify the barriers and issues people face when trying to access mental health support in Sussex. We are sharing the survey on behalf of the Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

The survey takes around 5-10 minutes to complete and the responses will be used by the Mental Health Services Communications working group, which contains representatives from across the system, to help improve the presentation and content of information about local mental health support services across Sussex.
