Volunteer opportunity at the Lighthouse Service

We currently have 2 vacancies to join our volunteer team at the Lighthouse Service. The Lighthouse is a specialist treatment service for people with a diagnosis of Personality Disorder based in Hove.

As a volunteer in the service you would support us to run and delivery our community programme of peer support groups. The Service also offers a range of creative arts and activity-based groups.

As a volunteer you will help staff to facilitate peer support spaces and other activities such as gardening, art and cooking in the centre. Experience and skills in group work would helpful along with an interest in peer support and supporting people to build their confidence and own skills.

Full training and ongoing supervision are provided and you will be offered the opportunity to get involved in outside training and other activities at the Lighthouse.
