World Sleep Day Friday 17 March

World Sleep Day 2023 will take place on Friday, March 17 and incorporate the slogan Sleep is Essential for Health. Just like eating well and exercising, sleep is a behaviour that is essential to our physical, mental, and social well-being.

We all know the importance of a good night’s sleep but this can sometimes be challenging to achieve. World Sleep Day aims to raise aware on the importance of sleep as part of looking after your health and wellbeing.
