Time to Talk Day: 2nd February 2023

Time to Talk Day is the nation’s biggest mental health conversation. Happening every year, the day is all about creating supportive communities by having conversations with family, friends and colleagues about mental health.

We all have mental health; by talking about it we can support ourselves and others. We know that the more conversations we have, the better life can be for everyone.

Talking about mental health isn’t always easy, but a conversation has the power to change people lives and reduce stigma.

At Mind in Brighton and Hove we will be doing town walks around Hastings and Brighton inviting local businesses, shops and offices to display materials and make space in their day for a conversation about mental health this Time to Talk Day.

Why don’t you join us in starting a conversation about mental health yourself on 2nd February wherever you are. You can download information, tips and sheets and activities to get you started at www.timetotalkday.co.uk/

If you are running an activity or displaying the materials in your office, business or shop, then why not share it on Twitter and tag us @MindBrighton
