An interactive and practical workshop supporting you to:
Understand how stress works and its impact on you
Learn what effects our capacity to manage stress
Explore some short and long-term strategies that can help
Practice some self-help techniques
Start to build your own Stress Toolkit
We will also provide a range of additional resources for you to take away, so you can continue your learning at home. These workshops are free and aimed at people interested in managing stress in their everyday life (they are not specifically aimed at stress in the workplace)
