Men’s Health Week 12th - 18th June 2023

The theme of this year’s Men’s Health Week is Men’s Health and the Internet. While the internet offers convenience and connectivity, too much screen time can also negatively impact on our wellbeing. Mind in Brighton and Hove’s Men’s Mental Health Hastings Project has put together a resource on health and the internet. This includes tips for managing screen time, being more aware of how the internet can affect our mental health, and tips on how we can use the internet to support our wellbeing in a positive way.

You can also find further resources and information on Men’s Health Week though the Men’s Health Forum.

Mind in Brighton and Hove’s padlet also includes a range of resources to support men’s mental health and wellbeing. If you live in Hastings and would like to support men’s wellbeing in your local area, check out our community development fund, where you can apply for grants up to £1500 to support men’s wellbeing in Hastings.
