Opportunity to share your views
Healthwatch in Sussex routinely carries out short polls to gather the views of people about local health and social care services. This month, they would like to hear about your experiences - or those of family, friends or colleagues - of accessing Neurodevelopmental Services.
The Neurodevelopmental Service provides diagnostic assessments of neurodevelopmental conditions in adults. This includes autism spectrum conditions, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Tourette's syndrome.
You can find out more about specific conditions and what different terms mean on their A-Z of conditions page here or find out more about the Service here.
Talk to Healthwatch
Let them know what you think via the short poll. It's only six questions long so should take you a few minutes to finish, but the feedback you provide will help direct future research and improve local services. Please also feel free to share this poll with others.
Please tell them:
Have you been referred to, accessed, or tried to access Neurodevelopmental Services in the last 12 months?
How satisfied were you with your experience?
Your experiences of accessing health and care services with a neurodiversity.
If you would like assistance or require a different format, please contact Healthwatch West Sussex via: helpdesk@healthwatchwestsussex.co.uk or call 0300 012 0122
